I had heard that minis wouldn't be awarded for getting top 100 in Rollerbeetle Races at the Dragon Festival, and was just looking for confirmation. Does anyone know?

anyone know why they wont be getting handed out at the dragon festival?

Doesn't say it was ever given out at any dragon festival. So i'm assuming it's just canthan new year.
